Most billing apps assume a connection. In a wholesale market at month end, that assumption is where the queue starts. RetailStock is local-first: SQLite on your own machine is the source of truth, and the cloud is a copy — not a dependency.

Yes, and this is the part most software gets wrong. RetailStock stores everything on your own machine first — billing, stock and khata all work at zero bars. When a connection comes back, changes sync on their own. Two devices on the same WiFi also stay in step with no internet at all.
Full software setup on all your devices, GST and company configuration, data migration from Excel, Tally or Vyapar, invoice template customisation, and two remote training sessions. Year 1 and Year 2 subscription are included in that one payment.
From Year 3 the subscription is ₹7,000 a year, flat — unlimited devices, all features, free updates and priority support. The rate is locked and will not increase.
Yes. Migration from Excel, Tally or Vyapar is part of the setup, and our team does it for you rather than handing you a template to fill in.
As many as your business needs. There is no per-device charge — counter machines, the owner's laptop and staff phones all share the same firm data.
On your own device first. A synced copy is kept on our server so a second machine can pick it up and so nothing is lost if a computer fails, but the app never needs that server to keep working.
